At Lodestar Media, I led the rebrand of Glacier Media into a modern, multi-channel platform. By uniting dozens of legacy community brands under a single Live–Work–Play framework, we repositioned Western Canada’s largest media network for the digital era. This transformation wasn’t cosmetic: it blended brand, product, and organizational design, enabling the business to shift from fragmented print heritage toward a unified media ecosystem. Lodestar is now a guiding light for how people in BC live, work, and play, with trusted brands spanning news, business, real estate, and lifestyle. For me, Lodestar demonstrates how clarity of brand can catalyze deep organizational change — proving that design and storytelling can be levers for cultural and commercial renewal.
