Yoco (2020)
I joined Yoco as Principal Designer at a critical moment — the early pandemic, when digital payments adoption surged. My work focused on refreshing the brand and designing Yoco’s online payment gateway, strengthening customer experience while building investor confidence. These efforts contributed directly to Yoco’s significant fundraising efforts, including a landmark Series C. For me, Yoco highlighted how design isn’t ornamental: it can unlock growth, shift narratives, and help fintechs move from product-driven to brand-led organizations.
